The Center for Research and Education in Public Health participated in the conference held in Brindisi from 11 to 14 March 2025, which was an excellent opportunity for meeting and dialogue between two different, but also converging traditions: the Italian and Chinese food cultures.

With the participation of professors from various universities, mainly Italian, and delegations of professors from China, aspects of the two food traditions were analyzed in depth, with an emphasis on their importance for medicine, well-being and academic study.
