Our center’s collaborator, Dr. Katerina-Michaela Tomou participated in the "6th International Yale Symposium on Olive Oil and Health" as a speaker entitled: "The Use of Herbs in Greek Daily Food Habits." She highlighted the significant role of herbs as a key element in Greek and traditional Mediterranean culinary practices, as well as the plethora of the beneficial nutrients and phytochemicals that they contain.
