The 4^th International “Lifestyle Medicine” Conference was organized by the Hellenic Center for Excellence in Health and Wellness and took place on the island of Kos from October 29 to November 3, 2025, with the participation of distinguished scientists from Greece and abroad.

With its central theme “Hippocratic Tradition and Modern Applications,” the conference focused on connecting Hippocratic principles with contemporary applications of lifestyle medicine, covering issues such as prevention, nutrition, physical activity, mental health, stress management, and environmental factors. The program included scientific presentations, thematic sessions, experiential visits to the Hippocratic Foundation, and activities related to sustainability and local production.

Among the speakers were internationally renowned scientists such as Stefanos N. Kales, George Chrousos, Charles Czeisler, Iris Shai, Domenico Pratico, and Prokopios Magiatis.

On October 31^st, Professor Antonia Trichopoulou opened the session “Healthy Mind – Healthy Body (Νους υγιής εν σώματι υγιεί).”
