This is an innovative event, in the context of which scientists and professionals from the entire olive value chain disseminated their knowledge and expertise on the contribution of extra virgin olive oil to human and planetary health and well-being. The great success of the 1^st Elia Lesvos Confest 2022 has placed Lesvos firmly on the world map of olive oil conferences. With this success as a legacy, the 2^nd Event was successfully completed with enthusiasm and an ambitious vision for the future.
