On November 1^st, the 1^st Panhellenic Scientific Conference on Food Safety, Quality Assurance and One Health 2025 was held in a hybrid format, within the framework of One Health Day, co-organized by One Health Students Greece and the School of Public and One Health of the University of Thessaly. The conference featured distinguished scientists, including Ms. Antonia Trichopoulou, who delivered a presentation entitled “Mediterranean Diet and One Health”.
