The 2^nd international Conference of environmental Medicine (ICEM2025), titled "environmental Exposures and Epigenetics: Protecting Children's Health", took place on November 20 and 21, 2025, in chieti, Ital;y. Organized by SIMA (Italian Society of environmental Medicine) and international organizations, the event focused on primary health prevention in children and adolescents, examining environemtnal, social, and epigenetic factors.
